h3Overview /h3pThe role is part of the Corporate Controlling Planning department, a central function within our multinational Group, reporting directly to the Group Management Consolidation Reporting Manager.
As a Group-level function, the team provides a comprehensive and integrated view of the Group's businesses, processes, performance, and key business dynamics, ensuring broad visibility across the organization and supporting effective Group governance and decision-making.The candidate will join the team in an agile, dynamic, and evolving business environment, playing a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making by providing detailed financial insights.
/ph3Main Activities Responsibilities /h3ulliManagement Consolidation: budget, forecasts, year-end closing, monthly closing, and five-year plan.
/liliVariance Profitability Analysis: Analyze profitability and identify key variances against budget, forecast, and prior-year performance.
/liliPL Management Compliance: Ensure accurate income and cost allocations in the Group Management PL, aligning with Group guidelines and standards.
/liliReporting Performance Tracking: Produce weekly and monthly performance reports (sales, headcount, PL).
/liliBusiness Decision Support: Assist in developing business cases, ad-hoc financial analyses, and presentations for leadership meetings.
/liliCross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner directly with Group top management, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive financial insights.
/liliIntercompany Operations: Support intercompany transactions activities, including calculations, variance analysis, and agreement definitions.
/li /ulh3Job Requirements /h3pbEducation: /bdegree in Economics is mandatory.
/ppbExperience: /b /pulliPrevious experience of at least 3 years in a similar role, preferably gained within a structured corporate environment.
/liliAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of CCH Tagetik is a plus.
/li /ulpbLanguage Skills: /b /pulliFull professional fluency in both bEnglish and Italian /b (written and spoken).
