Location: Rome, Italy (office-based) Package: €80,000 + bonus Piper Maddox are supporting a growing renewable energy IPP with a 4GW pipeline who are looking to hire an Electrical Engineer to join their Engineering team.
This role will focus on the development and construction of utility-scale solar PV, wind, and BESS projects.
You'll play a key role across the full project lifecycle, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities: - Design of PV, wind, and BESS plants (layout, electrical sizing,



MV/HV connections)- Preparation of grid connection documentation and technical solutions - Evaluation of grid connection options - Preparation and review of technical specifications and tender documentation - Support procurement in selecting key components (modules, inverters, trackers)- Support development activities (yield assessment, grid analysis) Requirements: - 3+ years' experience in a similar role within xrtlpzc renewable energy - Degree in Electrical Engineering - Knowledge of CEI, IEC, and UNI standards - Experience with AutoCAD, PVsyst, PVcase or similar tools - Ability to produce technical drawings and reports - English and Italian skills Please apply or reach out to if you think this role would be a good fit
