Our consultants are involved in debt restructuring, distressed MA and lender advisory activities for multinationals, family-run enterprises, private equity funds and financial institutions.

/p pJoin our team in Rome, a dynamic and stimulating environment whereyou will be tasked with: /p ul lianalysing the financial performance of target companies to identify the actual financial situation of an enterprise; /li lifinancial modelling and business planning; /li liindependent business reviews of business plans; /li licommercial and operational due diligence; /li linegotiation with the main stakeholders (mainly financial institutions and investors); /li lidistressed MA (with industrial partners, investment funds, etc.); /li licash management and turnarounds; /li licost cutting analysis and organizational improvement.
/li /ul h3Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics /h3 pThis is the perfect opportunity for you if you have: /p ul li5/7 years of experience in restructuring, company crisis and/or corporate finance; /li lispecialist degree in business with a focus on finance/AFC and/or engineering management (for finance); /li liexcellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad; /li liexcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
