We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Automotive Product Development Specialistto provide high quality support to our customers.
- Lead the technical development of assigned systems and components from concept to production.
- Manage technical interactions with suppliers and support project execution to meet quality, cost, timing, and performance targets.
- Define technical specifications, development documentation, and validation activities.
- Support testing, problem-solving, and product industrialization.
- Drive innovation, benchmarking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to cost management and ensure compliance with company standards and development processes.
Your skills that will help us to get ahead:
- Master's Degree in Mechanical, Vehicle, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive product development.
- Knowledge of component or system development from concept to production launch.
- Experience in preparing technical specifications, DFMEA, DVP&R;, and engineering documentation.
- Familiarity with CAD and PLM tools such as CATIA V5/V6, NX, Teamcenter, or ENOVIA.
- Understanding of automotive development processes, validation activities, and supplier management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively within international and cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in Italian and English
Total compensation:
- Contract type: [Permanent contract]
- Gross annual salary (RAL): €[30.000] – €[45.000] (determined on the basis of objective, neutral, and verifiable criteria)
- Lavoro da remoto: individual remote working agreements
- Working hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) with flexibility
