We are looking for an Modern Channel Manager in charge of key clients, to join the Beauty Sales function, in our Home Care, Personal Care & Beauty Business Unit, based in the HQ of Milan.

You will be a key driver in accelerating Collistar's growth within the Modern Channel ecosystem, shaping the way consumers discover, experience and engage with our brand across evolving retail and digital landscapes.
By combining a deep understanding of consumers, market dynamics and channel opportunities, you will develop winning strategies and build strong, value-driven partnerships with key retailers and e-commerce players.
You will transform insights into action, identifying new growth opportunities, strengthening our brand presence and creating impactful consumer experiences that reflect Collistar's unique heritage, innovation and Italian beauty excellence.

How your agenda looks like:




- Defining and executing channel strategies aligned with business priorities, consumer trends and market share ambitions.
- Negotiating annual framework agreements with key retailers, ensuring profitable and sustainable business growth while strengthening strategic partnerships.
- Driving market share growth through category development, distribution expansion and excellence in commercial execution.
- Building strong, collaborative partnerships with key retailers and e-commerce players, driving joint growth opportunities.
- Analyzing market dynamics, performance data and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and optimize results.
- Working closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and global teams to bring impactful initiatives to life.
