Key Responsibilities




The intern will join the Marketing Operations Department and support the team in the following activities:
- Definition, analysis, and optimization of CRM customer journeys and implementation of new contact strategies.
- Preparation and analysis of periodic performance reports.
- Support to CRM Specialists in customer management activities through dedicated mailing lists.
- Content management and updates for brand website pages.
- Performance monitoring and analysis through web analytics tools.
- Research and analysis aimed at improving the customer digital user experience (UX).
- SEO and SEA analysis and optimization activities.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a flexible, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with a strong sense of initiative, excellent interpersonal skills, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
Additional requirements include:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applic
