You will lead a kitchen team of 12, create seasonal menus using local Sicilian ingredients and deliver an unforgettable dining experience for international guests.

/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and execute seasonal menus celebrating Sicilian and Mediterranean cuisine /li liLead, train and manage a brigade of 12 kitchen staff /li liManage food costs,



inventory and supplier relationships /li liEnsure strict compliance with HACCP and food hygiene standards /li liCoordinate with events team for private dining and banqueting /li liMaintain consistent quality during high-season peak service (200+ covers) /li /ul h3Must-have Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in upscale restaurants /li liDeep knowledge of Mediterranean and Sicilian cuisine /li liStrong kitchen management and team leadership skills /li liHACCP certification /li /ul h3Nice-to-have Requirements /h3 ul liExperience in luxury hotel or resort restaurants /li liKnowledge of wine pairing and sommelier basics /li liExperience with farm-to-table and zero-waste kitchen practices /li /ul h3Personal Requirements /h3 ul liCreative culinary vision balanced with operational discipline /li liCalm and authoritative leadership under pressure during service /li liPassion for local, sustainable and seasonal ingredients /li liHands-on approach - leads by cooking, not just managing /li /ul pInterested in this position?
