Overview
In this role you will manage and optimize Glovo display ad campaigns for the Italian market, driving performance and insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns end-to-end, from creative checks to reporting, shaping the brand's activation strategy. You will translate data into actionable recommendations that enhance activations across brands and categories. This role offers a hands-on, fast-paced environment where your analyses and campaign storytelling support scalable regional growth.

Responsabilità
Execute and analyze Glovo ads campaigns for Italy, primarily on display at a CPM model
Manage full campaign lifecycle: creative sanity check, campaign setup, live optimization, and performance improvement
Create campaign reports and derive business recommendations from insights
Leverage data to boost best-performing activations for each brand

Provide media and brand account insights and propagate best practices
Become the go-to expert on advertising assets and share knowledge across Brand Ads team
Contribute to building success stories to support partnerships strategy across categories and countries
Requisiti fondamentali
1-2 years of campaign management experience in media agencies or digital service companies
Strong analytical skills (advanced Excel, Looker) and ability to tackle growth and complex business challenges
Understanding of paid, owned and earned media and proficiency in tracking and reporting KPIs
Excellent communication skills in English and local language
High adaptability in ambiguous environments
Ownership mindset with bias for action and deadline orientation
