We’re looking for a collaborative,
detail-oriented Senior Media Intelligence Analyst to support the delivery of high-quality Media Intelligence services to Muck Rack clients.
As a Senior Media Intelligence Analyst, you’ll combine editorial judgment, media analysis, quality assurance, and operational ownership to deliver curated coverage reports, newsletters, executive digests, and other Media Intelligence services. You’ll play an important human-in-the-loop role within AI-supported and automated workflows, reviewing and refining outputs to ensure they meet client requirements and Muck Rack’s quality standards.
You’ll work closely with Customer Service, Sales, MI Solutions, Service Automation, and Information Technology teams to respond to client needs, resolve issues, and continuously improve the quality and reliability of our services.
