Montblanc is seeking a Store Operations Assistant to support the Store Manager in daily tasks, staff scheduling, and maintaining high service standards. You will lead demo teams, handle customer interactions, and contribute to achieving sales targets in a Montblanc store in Italy (Calabria region).
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, coordinate training, and ensure adherence to company policies and messaging.
