About the role
The Four Seasons Hotel Firenze seeks a talented Manager in Training for our P&C; department. As a Manager in Training (MIT) – People & Culture, you will work alongside the People & Culture team, gaining exposure to all P&C; aspects while contributing to an exceptional employee experience.
