About us
Yellow Tech is a strategy consulting firm specialised in AI transformation: we help companies understand and adopt artificial intelligence. The Business Development team finds companies and qualifies them; the Strategist understands the need, closes the project and coordinates it; the Trainers train the people (AI Academy), the Engineers build agents (AI Factory).
Your responsibilities
You are the one who takes AI from the demo to the way a technical team works: you get into their processes, build new workflows together with developers and IT, and make them autonomous with coding agents, APIs and automations.
- Bring AI into clients’ technical teams: You run live training with developers, data teams, IT and DevOps, getting them to actually use models, AI coding tools, APIs and agents on concrete cases.
- Turn training into adoption:
You lead working labs on the company’s real processes: you build workflows and automations together with the teams and help them set new AI-assisted standards of work.
- Design technical learning experiences: You start from the client’s stack, processes and level to build tailored paths: agenda, coding exercises, repositories, asynchronous content, assessment and follow-up.
- Bring the AI frontier into delivery: You constantly test new models, frameworks and tools, work out what actually works and turn what you learn into new content and methods to bring to clients.
Your path
- In the first month: you shadow a senior Technical AI Trainer at clients and run your first technical module, live coding included. From there you quickly get to running complete sessions on your own with developers, data teams and IT: training, working labs and hands‑on work on the client’s real cases.
