Who You Are
As Senior Director, Sales - Europe, you'll play a foundational role in establishing Ontic's presence across the UK and Europe. You'll start as an individual contributor, responsible for opening the market, building relationships with enterprise buyers, and developing pipeline. You're a builder and a seller who gets energized by creating something from the ground up.
You’ll be the person creating early sales traction, proving the model, and laying the foundations - before evolving into a true player-coach who continues to win business while leading others. You'll work closely with Ontic's US-based leadership to determine where we play, how we win, and what it will take to build
