/p pWe are looking for a bAssistant Chief Engineer /b to join our team at Portofino.
/p pThe ideal candidate will assist the Chief Engineer and the maintenance team across Splendido, Splendido Mare, and Villa Beatrice.
The role involves general assistance in various engineering and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel's facilities.
/p h3Main Duties Responsabilities /h3 ulliAssist the Chief Engineer in daily operations and maintenance tasks.
/liliConduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
/liliHelp in the implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
/liliAssist in maintaining records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
/liliCollaborate with other departments to address maintenance issues promptly.
/liliEnsure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
/liliSupport administrative practices of the department, in line with policies and procedures.
/liliAssist with sustainability projects and initiatives.




/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ulliBachelor's degree in Engineering.
Master's degree preferred.
/li liMinimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
/li liKnowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
/li liBasic project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluatesustainabilityinitiatives effectively.
/li liProven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
/li liExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence decision-making.
