Build new customer relationships, identify exciting projects and create long-term sales partnerships in the Norwegian market.

Your responsibilities

As Business Development Manager Norway, you will play a key role in building and developing KESSEL's presence in the Norwegian market. You will identify new projects and business opportunities, develop strong customer and partner relationships, and establish KESSEL as a trusted partner in the Norwegian construction market.
- Identify,



analyse and pursue relevant tenders and construction projects
- Position KESSEL products and solutions in specifications, tenders and project planning
- Prepare and follow up on project quotations and build a sustainable project pipeline
- Identify and acquire new customers within the project business and trade sector
- Develop new sales partnerships and additional distribution channels across Norway
- Support and further develop existing sales partners
- Build strong, long-term relationships with consultants, architects, engineering firms, investors, developers and contractors
- Provide technical advice and deliver product presentations and customer meetings
- Conduct market, competitor and potential analyses and identify new business opportunities
- Represent KESSEL in the Norwegian market

- Technical or commercial education or degree, ideally related to construction, building services, HVAC/plumbing or international sales
