/p pWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Technical Design Development Specialist to join our team.
/p pIn this role, you will support the HR Development and Operations (HRDO) team in managing the increased operational workload resulting from the migration of the NORAM countries to myHR.
With an increase in integrations requiring ongoing support and maintenance, as well as the introduction of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), you will play a key role in maintaining service stability, provide specialist technical expertise and support the successful transition of the NORAM countries into business-as-usual operations following go-live.
/p pThis role supports the Technical Support Technical Development Leads with team management, the operation and maintenance of our Oracle HCM SaaS platforms and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
You will be involved in incident, request, change, and problem management, while supporting the delivery of technical projects and programmes in line with business objectives, Group guidelines, and policies.

/p h3YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE /h3 ul liAnalyse business partner requirements and define solutions.
/li liGather requirements, run workshops, design, development build and support testing activities, identifyworkarounds and solutions for business challenges.
/li liReview technical specifications and vendor proposals to support solution delivery.
/li liKnowledge of HR Systems strategic direction and ensure team solution to support this direction.
/li liCreate andmaintainknowledge basedocumentation.
/li liSupport and promote DHL's HR IT COE project lifecycle, concepts, principals, and business processes.
/li liApplies IT and team methodologies to deliver consistent and repeatable solutions.
/li /ul h3Incident Management /h3 ul liProvide technical incident management support.
/li liIncident investigation, root cause analysis and problem resolution.
/li liLiaise with third-party support teams and monitor issues requiring escalation.
/li /ul h3Vendor Coordination /h3 pDevelop and coordinate solution and customisation delivery through external resources in line with design, development, documentation and quality assurance (QA) standards.
/p h3Project Working Included /h3 ul liSupport technical project planning, including cost estimates.
/li liLead internal team initiatives, track key milestones, prepare project reports and identify potential project risks.
/li liManage solution and customisation delivery through internal and external resources against agreed milestones and plans.
/li liImplement technical project and programme management plans and processes within agreed timelines, quality standards and budgets.
/li liProvide status reporting and track progress against project plans.
/li liLead internal initiatives and small projects where required.

/li liCollaborate with business partners to deliver projects and ongoing support for Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud and related applications.
/li liCommunicates/coordinates with internal/external IT partners to facilitate delivery of work / projects.
/li /ul h3WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU /h3 ul liBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, with 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), technical support, systems integration, and project delivery.
/li liProven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (including Oracle Recruiting Cloud) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
/li liStrong experience analysing business requirements and delivering technical solutions across requirements gathering, design, development, testing, integrations, and ongoing support.
/li liStrong knowledge of HR systems, system integrations, systems analysis, data flows, and technologies including Java, PL/SQL, JSON, XSLT, and XML.
/li liExperience with incident, request, change, and problem management.
/li liExperience supporting technical projects and programmes, including planning, reporting, risk management, and delivery against agreed objectives.
/li liStrong stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business partners, vendors, third-party providers, and cross-functional teams.
/li liKnowledge of business processes, business strategy, change management, vendor management, and project lifecycle methodologies.
/li liExcellent communication, influencing, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
