As Site Supervisor, you will oversee field activities during wind farm installation, ensuring safety, quality, and planning standards. You'll work closely with Site Manager, Logistics, Purchasing and subcontractors to deliver on-site tasks from assembly to final tests. You'll provide technical assistance, manage punch lists, and monitor unloading and in-tower work, contributing to efficient project delivery in a multi-country portfolio.

- Ensure proper unloading and component handling, and repairs

- High school diploma plus 2-3 years in construction management or equivalent
- 1-2 years of site and team management experience
- Knowledge of safety, management procedures, electrical instruments, APIs and technical docs
- Wind sector experience is valuable
- Fluency xysqume in Italian and English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
