/ppPrimary objective of the position Technical Service Specialist is responsible for performing planned maintenance activities, hardware and software upgrades (TSBs) and for back up first line level one service and assisting with installations and deinstallations.
/ph3Major accountabilities /h3ulliProvides first line service to Abbott Ambassadors (service interventions requiring less than 4 hours labor time) /liliSchedules and perform planned maintenance (PM) activities /liliAssists with instrument installations and deinstallations /li /ulpSuccess in this role is measured by customer satisfaction score (NPS), service key performance indicators achievement and economic growth and profitability per district.
/ph3Educational background /h3ulliBachelor degree or equivalent experience is required /liliDegree as Mechanical/Electrical/Biomedical/Biotechnology/Clinical Engineer.
/li /ulh3Requirements / Work experience /h3ulli2/3 Years experience in a similar position /liliSuccessful engagement with customers,
