h3Scopo della posizione: /h3pSupportare il responsabile nel raggiungimento delle performance di vendita (volumi/redditività) assegnati all'area di competenza.
/ph3Tipologia di contratto: /h3pContratto a tempo indeterminato /ph3Principali attività: /h3ulliGestire con il responsabile il raggiungimento delle performance di vendita (volumi / redditività) assegnate all'area di competenza; /liliAssicurare la gestione del team di Partner assegnati, al fine di presentare correttamente servizi e prodotti, fornendo indicazioni e supporto nelle attività operative; /liliProporre e gestire costanti sessioni di formazione e training in ambito operativo, marketing e scoring per un costante allineamento fra azione locale e strategie aziendali; /liliAssicurare la gestione delle performance dei Partner assegnati, affinchè siano in linea con gli obiettivi di qualità relativi al Partner Rating previsto dagli accordi contrattuali; /liliFacilitare la relazione tra i reparti interni Ayvens e l'Agente partner al fine di gestire e risolvere eventuali reclami, disservizi e problematiche insorte a livello locale nella gestione del Cliente o dei servizi erogati; /liliAssicurare che il processo di gestione dell'ordine (dalla creazione delle offerte alla consegna del veicolo) avvenga secondo le modalità e le tempistiche stabilite dall'Azienda; /liliGestire autonomamente la propria area, con particolare riferimento alle relazioni commerciali con Agenti e Broker, con l'obiettivo di garantire il rispetto del modello comportamentale del D.Lgs.231; /liliAffiancare Agenti e Broker su trattative complesse; /liliGestire attività di scouting sul territorio funzionali all'identificazione e all'onboarding di nuovi potenziali Partner.
; /liliAdottare un atteggiamento intraprendente nei confronti dei rischi, segnalando anomalie e situazioni a rischio e proponendo azioni di mitigazione, rispettando rigorosamente le politiche di Ayvens.
