/p h3bNF-03 - (NAF/Developmental) /b /h3 ul liPossess six (6) months of work experience in a human resources office which demonstrates knowledge of at least two of the following functional human resources competencies: Staffing, Recruitment, Position Classification, Management Employee Relations, Labor Relations or Training.
/li liPossess prior experience using Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to work with a variety of human resources information systems.
/li /ul h3bNF-04 /b /h3 ul liPossess eighteen (18) months or more of work experience in a human resources office which demonstrates knowledge of at least two of the following functional human resources competencies: Staffing, Recruitment, Position Classification, Management Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or Training.
/li liExperience analyzing,



evaluating and recommending appropriate resolutions to complex interrelated Human Resources problems and issues.
/li liPossess prior experience using Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
/li liAbility to work with a variety of human resources information systems.
/li /ul pbThe related work experience must have been equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower pay band (NF-03).
/b /p pIn addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": /p ul liApplicants will possess twelve (12) months of prior work experience in a NAF Human Resources Office and have successfully completed of training in Basic Staffing, Customer Service, Organizational Structure, Basic Writing, and Time Management.
/li liExperience/knowledge interpreting host-nation SOFA provisions and determining eligibility, application and processing overseas allowances in all other serviced Army NAF Europe locations.
