pThe Retail Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating and maintaining the brand image at the sales outlets in line with company guidelines.
The core responsibilities of this role are:
1) creating shop window and merchandising displays in line with company guidelines and the requirements of the sales outlets;
2) supervising and monitoring the assigned sales outlets, ensuring compliance with brand image standards, maintaining constant contact with the assigned stores, both on-site and remotely;
3) training store personnel on the design choices related to Visual Merchandising and their realisation.
/p ul liSupports the Manager in the implementation of the retail strategy through the operational execution of Visual Merchandising activities (window rotation, remerchandising, etc.) on the assigned sales points /li liTakes care of the creation of window displays and merchandising, in accordance with commercial needs and the product present in the POS, consistently with the guidelines designated by the Brand and company standards /li liDevelops training activities in the points of sale, aimed at understanding the techniques and logic underlying visual merchandising,
