The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, international stakeholders and external partners to deliver impactful initiatives in a dynamic environment.br/bKey Responsibilities /b /p ul liTrack and analyze sell-out performance, market share evolution (GfK), and competitive landscape insights.
/li liDevelop and monitor sell-out promotional activities to support business objectives and drive growth.
/li liDevelop and execute integrated B2C marketing campaigns, from strategic planning to implementation.
/li liContribute to the development and launch of new products in the Italian market.
/li liAdapt and localize global marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional materials for the Italian market.




/li liSupport budget planning and monitoring, ensuring compliance with financial targets.
/li liCollaborate closely with cross-functional departments, international teams, external agencies, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
/li liEnsure compliance with internal governance processes and manage Ministry of Health approval requirements.
/li /ul pbCompetenze ed esperienza /b /p pbRequired Skills Experience /b /p ul li3+ years in brand management or marketing (Healthcare, FMCG or Consumer Goods preferred).
/li liUniversity degree in Marketing, Economics or Business.
/li liStrong analytical skills: comfortable with sell-out data and market research tools.
/li liProficient in Excel and PowerPoint; organized and deadline driven.
/li liFluent in Italian and English.
