Context
In the context of theSales Teamfocused on international opportunities and based in Rome, theJunior Proposal Manager
Missions/Main Duties
- Analyzing tender documentation and the technical, managerial, and financial requirements requested by the client;
- Supporting the preparation of technical bid documentation, contributing to the drafting of technical reports, summary sheets, descriptive documents, work plans, tables, and annexes;
- Collaborating with various company functions, collaborating with the Business Units across the Globe, in collecting, organizing,
and enhancing contributions useful to the bidding process.
Profile/Skills
Qualifications and Skills required:
- First experience or minimum experience requested as a Proposal Manager;
- Degree in technical, economic, or management-related disciplines (engineering or architecture is preferable);
- Excellent knowledge of the English language is mandatory (minimum B2)
- The knowledge of an additional language will be considered as a plus;
- Good ability to analyze and understand technical, administrative, and project documentation;
- Excellent writing, summarizing, and content organization skills;
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;
- Ability to work toward objectives and meet defined deadlines;
- Aptitude for working in multidisciplinary teams;
- Accuracy, reliability, and attention to the quality of work;
- Organizational skills and effective priority management;
- Analytical approach and problem-solving orientation;
- Flexibility and ability to operate in a dynamic context characterized by complex project activities;
- A good command of the English language will be considered a plus. xysqume
