Job Description:
Job Overview
Supports quality assurance activities within manufacturing, focusing on real-time defect prevention and problem resolution.
Your main tasks
-
- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet their expectations in terms of quality, certifications, and reactivity within the delivery plan.
- Ensure deployment of quality indicators and targets in manufacturing area.
- Receive and lead 8D meetings to solve customer claim / internal critical issues with the inputs of a multidisciplinary team.
- Achieve IATF 16949 and maintain / ISO 9001 certification audits without NCs.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Lead Scrap improvement action plan.
- Ensure the update and the compliance with control plans and PFMEA.
- Prepare and submit PPAP documentation to customer.
- Ensure all elements (DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, PSW, etc.) are complete.
- Identify and mitigate risks during project transfer or launch.
- Document lessons learned for future projects.
Your ideal Background
Master degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering , or related field
At least 2 years of experience within connector, Molding or cable assembly, in Quality department
Working Knowledge on specific product and process is a plus (e.g., Molding)

- Be familiar with the tools related to supplier APQP process, include but not limit to APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, and 8D.
- Thorough knowledge of Problem-Solving tools
- Process Auditor Skills mandatory
- SAP basic knowledge is a plus
- Presentation skills
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Coaching skills
