As a Customer Service Operator (1-Year Fixed-Term Contract) , you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless end-to-end order management experience. Reporting to the Customer Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in building strong customer relationships, managing orders from receipt to delivery, and collaborating across multiple functions to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
This position is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions and coordinating the order fulfillment process for the domestic market. Working closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, Sales, and Finance teams, you will ensure customers receive accurate information, timely deliveries, and high-quality service while contributing to process improvements and operational excellence.
Act as the first point of contact for customers, managing inquiries related to orders, deliveries, product availability, inventory, and backorders.
Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Coordinate closely with Planning, Transport, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Maintain accurate customer and order data within ERP systems.
Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and stake
