For the IMA ACTIVE Division, we are looking for a Customer Service - Software Technician.
IMA ACTIVE designs and manufactures machines and systems for the processing and dosing of solid oral medications.
JOB SUMMARY
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, branches, and agents for all post-sale activities related to machinery and promote the sale of spare parts,
services, and upgrades;
- Liaise directly with customers to resolve service issues and oversee the installation of systems and production lines in the pharmaceutical sector, in constant coordination with the Division's technical and installation teams;
- Manage technical interventions at customer sites, including commissioning, routine and non-routine maintenance, and any malfunctions, with a particular focus on automation components;
- Conduct courtesy visits to customers to promote the sale of spare parts, scheduled maintenance packages, general services, and upgrades;
- Resolve troubleshooting issues directly or through coordination with the relevant internal technical departments.
MUST HAVE
- 3–5 years of prior experience in a similar role providing technical support to customers;
