Bystronic Group is seeking a 2nd Level Service Technician to provide hands-on support to 1st Level teams and ensure maximum uptime of Bystronic tube laser machines at customer premises worldwide.

The role involves installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and retrofits, with a strong emphasis on safety and CRM documentation.

You will travel approx. xysqume
80% of the time, mainly in Europe, and mentor junior technicians while collaborating with a global service organization.
