DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager motivated to grow in an innovative environment, developing solid expertise in the coordination and delivery of data-driven initiatives and technology projects.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of complex data engineering projects: from translating technical requirements into actionable WBS to defining project roadmaps, managing scope, and overseeing the contractual phases.
- Proactively monitor project health: tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, and implementing timely mitigations or escalations to safeguard business outcomes.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related data-centric disciplines. (Minimum grade: 100/110).
NICE TO HAVE
- Domain Expertise:
Proven experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or Software Delivery projects. Exposure to the Banking & Finance sector is considered a significant plus.
WHAT WE OFFER
- An offer tailored to your experience. This position is open to people with varying levels of expertise and seniority. The compensation package will be determined based on your professional background, technical skills, expertise, and the level of responsibility associated with the role. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) mainly applied within Reply is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement (Metalmeccanico). The job classification will be assessed starting from level B2, and the gross annual salary (RAL) will range from €31.000 to €38.000..
