How You’ll Make An Impact
- Define and enhance manufacturing technologies for key processes, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Evaluate technology concepts to improve productivity and process robustness while promoting cross-site standardization.
- Drive technology transfer and share best practices between the Venice site and the wider Cluster MPT network.
- Identify equipment and automation needs, translating them into technical specifications for the CapEx portfolio.
- Support RFI/RFQ activities and collaborate closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, and Industrial Engineering stakeholders to select the best suppliers.
What You Bring
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of professional experience in manufacturing technology, production engineering, or equipment engineering, preferably in transformer manufacturing or heavy industry.
- Proficiency in both Italian and English; German language skills are a plus.
- Drive innovation and business value by quickly understanding complex technologies, evaluating investment opportunities through economic and financial analysis,
and applying sound project management practices to deliver results.
- Collaborate and lead change as an open-minded team player with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to challenge the status quo to identify and implement new, more effective ways of working.

The total compensation package for this position, including both fixed and variable components, ranges between € 36.000 - € 55.000 gross per year.
Salary ranges for this role are provided in accordance with applicable local legislation. The stated range is based on the Italian labour market.
