You will act as the primary liaison between customers and the manufacturing plant, driving containment and corrective actions to protect customer satisfaction. xjncmbx
You will lead structured root-cause investigations using 8D, 5 Why, A3, Kaizen, and Ishikawa, implement CAPA, and promote a customer-focused quality culture across cross-functional teams.
