The role of the sales development representative is the development of the business by generating opportunities for the sales team.

- Scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team using three main levers: via companies requesting a demo directly on the website, via outbound prospecting and inbound marketing through the work of the digital marketing specialist
- Understanding the needs of the prospects related to internal communication, how they are structured and how to provide them solutions
- Analysing and understanding the german companies way of work
- Relying on the upstream work of the digital marketing specialist to contact companies over the phone
- Identifying how the company communicates with its employees and highlighting the issues related to internal communication
- Introduce to the prospects the solutions provided by our client
- Facilitating the work of sales representatives by setting up demo appointments xjncmbx to reduce the sales cycle

- Excellent communication skills on the phone
- Good listener and analytic skills
- Mother tongue Italian and fluent in a second language French and/ or English
- Able to take initiatives
