Based in Milan or Barcelona, you will own the renewal and upsell conversations, understand account health, and act before risk becomes churn. xjncmbx
You will engage customers 90 days before renewal, lead renewal and forecasting, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Product and CS to remove blockers.
