Sales administration coordinator (fixed-term contract)

Responsibilities

-

- Preparing, processing, and monitoring quotations, orders, and deliveries in compliance with the established Sales Administration procedures.

- Preparing quotations for prospects.

- Collecting the necessary information to respond quickly to emails and/or customer requests.

- Providing support to customers and distributors.

- Assisting with the follow-up of deliveries for registered orders.

- Opening, monitoring, and filing customer records.

- Collaborating and interacting with the accounting, logistics,



and IT departments as part of customer account follow-up.

Qualifications

-

- You have initial significant experience in a similar position.

- You are autonomous, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative.`

- You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong affinity for teamwork. xjncmbx

- You have already worked with an ERP and/or CRM system (preferably Salesforce and SAP).
