For the next season 2027, we are looking for a Chef de Rang to join our La Terrazza Restaurant team
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences, confidence, curiosity and community.
He/She reports to Restaurant Manager.
Fullfil the operations of the Food & Beverage on Terrazza Restaurant, according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures;
Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service.
Establish and maintain good relationships with all Guests and handle requests and enquiries;
Coordinate and monitor Commis de Rang assigned to him/her;
Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred;

Previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment or fine dining restaurant;
Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player.
We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.Settore Turismo - Level 4,Chef de Rang;
November 2027, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path;
Accomodation in double room our staff house including breakfast;
