In this role you will support the Security vendor portfolio for Italy, ensuring data accuracy, pricing, and availability while collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. You will leverage SAP and data analytics to drive commercial decisions and improve product availability. You’ll partner with vendors and internal teams to streamline orders, monitor stock, and optimize MDF usage. - Support day-to-day management of Security vendor portfolios
- Maintain product, pricing, and commercial data in SAP
- Monitor inventory levels and collect stock requirements for Italy
- Liaise with vendors to expedite orders and improve product availability
- Resolve order blocks and support order fulfilment activities




- Process credit notes and manage back-office processes
- Collaborate with Marketing to manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF)
- Prepare and maintain reports on sales, orders, stock, and performance
- Analyze business data to support commercial and purchasing decisions
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and vendor partners
- Experience in Category Management, Product Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Support, or similar
- Strong analytical mindset with experience producing and interpreting reports
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort with data and multiple internal systems
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of QMT or similar ERP/business systems is an advantage
