Our R&D; department based in Nonantola (MO) is a center of global competence for Compact Hydraulic products. ## Job Description To support the growth of the Compact Hydraulics business in the mobile machinery sector, we are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented **Sales Engineer**. The ideal candidate will combine technical and commercial expertise to support market and application development. The successful candidate will join the Sales team and will be responsible for developing relationships with OEM customers and distributors, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting Compact Hydraulics solutions. **Main Responsibilities Business Development** * **Manage and develop** the assigned customer portfolio. * **Identify new business opportunities** and new projects with existing and potential customers.
* **Promote** the Compact Hydraulics product range and solutions. * **Define and implement** sales development plans in collaboration with management. **Technical and Commercial Support** * **Analyze** customer application needs and propose the most suitable solutions. * **Collaborate** with the Application Engineering team to define technical solutions. * **Support** the preparation and negotiation of commercial offers. * **Manage** the quoting process and the follow-up of opportunities. **Analysis and Reporting** * **Update and maintain** company systems (CRM/ERP). * **Monitor** performance, pipeline, forecasts, and project progress. * **Support** the preparation of budgets and sales plans. ## Qualifications **Education** * **Degree** in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Automation, or Management Engineering, or related technical disciplines. **Experience** * **3-5 years of experience** in technical-sales roles, Application Engineering, or Sales Engineering within industrial sectors. * **Experience** in the hydraulics (oleodynamics), mobile machinery, or industrial automation sector is highly preferred. **IT Skills** * **Good knowledge** of the Microsoft Office suite. * **Familiarity** with CRM and ERP systems. **Languages** * **Excellent knowledge** of English, both written and spoken. * **Knowledge** of additional European languages is a plus. ## Additional Information If you feel confident in the position don't hesitate to apply take a look! www.bosch.com www.boschrexroth.com Bosch is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
