OverviewIn this role you will manage end-to-end tender processes for public and hospital procurement in Italy, while handling select customer service and commercial operations to support Cytokinetics' growth. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant tender submissions and accurate pricing/contract data, serving as the operational liaison for customers, distributors and internal stakeholders. You'll balance strategic tender management with day-to-day execution in a dynamic environment. This is an opportunity to influence pricing, contracting, and tender outcomes at scale within the Italian pharma market.ResponsabilitàManage end-to-end tender process for public and hospital procurement opportunitiesMonitor national, regional and local tender publications to identify opportunitiesCoordinate preparation, review and submission of tender documentation within deadlinesLiaise with external tender agencies and procurement platformsSupport alignment on pricing, commercial terms and tender strategyMaintain tender trackers and report opportunities, submissions, awards and expirationsMonitor tender outcomes and communicate results to stakeholdersSupport forecasting and business planning via tender pipeline analysisEnsure compliance with procedures, regulations and industry requirementsProvide legal guidance on tender-related matters, including contractual clauses and risk assessmentMaintain pricing databases and commercial conditionsSupport contract creation, amendments,
renewals and documentation managementUpdate SAP with approved pricing and contract informationMaintain records of awarded tenders and customer agreementsSupport commercial and market access with operational analyses and reportingAct as point of contact for customers, wholesalers, distributors, hospitals and procurement officesCoordinate internally to resolve inquiries on product availability, deliveries, contracts, pricing and tender executionMonitor order fulfilment and support issue resolution with Supply Chain and logisticsManage administrative documentation required by customers and authoritiesMaintain customer master data and relevant commercial informationSupport onboarding of new customers and distributorsWork with Market Access, Commercial, Supply Chain, Quality, Medical Affairs and external partnersSupport audits and compliance reviews; contribute to continuous improvement and systems/tools implementationRequisiti fondamentaliUniversity degree in Economics, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related disciplines (education level not explicitly fixed)Minimum 3–5 years of experience in public tendersPreferred experience in commercial operations and customer service in pharma/healthcareGood understanding of Italian healthcare and public procurement environmentExperience managing tender documentation and administrative requirementsFamiliarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and Microsoft Office applicationsStrong organisational and analytical skillsExcellent attention to detail and compliance mindsetFluent Italian and professional EnglishOrganisational and analytical skillsAttention to detailCompliance mindsetSAPMicrosoft OfficeERP systems
