Your ResponsibilitiesDefine the global strategy for the digital technology landscape of the Schär brand for the B2C environment.Plan departmental goals, KPIs, and objectives, including budget allocation and cost control.Identify growth opportunities through quantitative analysis and execute initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and overall business growth.Harmonize platforms, tools, and processes across the company’s digital ecosystem to ensure operational efficiency.Build a network with all local subsidiaries as well as all global Business Unit’s teams, aiming to pursue shared goals in a highly integrated and cohesive environment.Lead global strategic and operational and technical developments of online platforms and tools, including websites, landing pages, mobile apps, online activations (Customer Data Platform), marketing automation, and loyalty program.Enhance user experience (UX) and usability across all digital assets to improve traffic, engagement, usage,
and conversion rates.Manage both internal and external service providers to ensure project delivery within defined timelines and budgets.Lead a team of approximately 10 people, fostering performance through inspiration, empathy, and curiosityYour ProfileMaster’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications or equivalent7+ years of relevant work experience either client-side or at digital agencies, preferably in the FMCG industry or lifestyleExperience with digital projects within CRM, websites and marketing automationDeep understanding of digital trends and innovations with a proven track record in marketing automation and intelligenceAbility to lead, influence and work across different markets as well as building excellent relationships with the team, peers and executivesHave managed digital partnersand programs across multiple geographiesFluent in English and preferably in German and/or Italian#J-18808-Ljbffr
