The Staff House Manager at The Lake Como EDITION will oversee the day-to-day operations of staff housing, ensuring safety, compliance, and a comfortable living environment for employees.
You will coordinate room assignments, maintenance, and liaise with Engineering, HR, Housekeeping and external contractors to deliver reliable accommodations. This role also involves budgeting, occupancy records, and acting as the primary contact for residents.
