We are looking for maintenance technicians for the Gaggiano (MI) plant. The resources will be part of a work team and will be responsible for the following activities: * Perform ordinary, extraordinary, and preventive electromechanical maintenance activities on systems according to the indications of planned daily activities; * Management of machine downtimes in accordance with company needs; * Preventive, ordinary, extraordinary maintenance activities and interventions on breakdowns; * Ensuring continuous improvement on systems; * Direct intervention on continuous production lines. The ideal candidate has the following requirements: * Technical diploma in mechanical, electrical, electromechanical or similar; * Basic knowledge of the electrical and mechanical world; * School-level English knowledge; * Flexibility and willingness to work in a team are required; * Availability to work on three shifts and, if necessary, travel to other production sites of the Group in Italy/Abroad. Workplace: Gaggiano (MI). The employment contract will be commensurate with the candidate's previous experience.
