You will independently manage the entire search and selection process, expanding your professional network and applying advanced headhunting methodologies to attract and retain a pool of qualified candidates. You will become a reference partner for client companies, understanding their needs and offering targeted solutions thanks to your in-depth knowledge of the sector and market trends. **What you will concretely do:** * Conduct market analyses to identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor strategies, and optimize the positioning of the Vertical Engineering.



* Plan and manage commercial activities through targeted marketing mix strategies and promotion of diversified services, organizing periodic meetings and developing strategic contacts with active, inactive, and prospective clients, in line with assigned KPIs. * Develop and consolidate the network of contacts with high-level professionals, building lasting partnership relationships with both Candidates and Clients, providing targeted consultancy and supporting stakeholders in achieving mutual objectives. * Independently manage economic negotiations for services, ensuring compliance with company pricing policies. * Supervise and guide the entire search and selection process, applying advanced headhunting techniques, active search, and networking to attract high-level profiles in Vertical Engineering. * Actively participate in industry events and conferences to expand the professional network and strengthen the Brand's market positioning. **Requirements** * Degree or equivalent education in law, economics,



or related fields * At least 3 years of experience in managing search and selection processes for managerial profiles in the relevant sector * Previous experience in managing complex projects * Excellent knowledge of the English language (C1) **What we offer:** * Permanent contract, CCNL Commercio, Employee level II, RAL range between €31,000 and €40,000.
