In our stores, our **Sales Assistants** are experts in customer relations, know the products and the latest trends, and transform every store visit into an excellent shopping experience. **Who we are looking for:** If you are a university **student**, passionate about our products and eager to get involved, even if it's your first experience, apply! We offer you an opportunity in our departments, where you can **balance study and work** by focusing on sales and customer assistance. **Activities:** * Welcome every customer at the cash register, ensuring quick, precise, and friendly service. * Manage collection, payment, and cash closing operations accurately. * Support the customer in choosing additional services (financing, loyalty cards, services related to the purchase). * Collaborate with the store team to ensure a smooth and orderly flow of sales operations. * Contribute to a positive customer experience until the purchase is completed. **You will be able to train:** * Decision-making skills, to act autonomously and consciously. * Time management, to best manage activities and priorities. * Sales strategies, developing a customer-oriented and results-driven approach.
**What we offer:** * Work week of **2 days** (Saturday and Sunday) with shifts planned 4 weeks in advance, to balance study and work. * Discount portal and agreements with the best brands and employee discounts on the entire range of Leroy Merlin and Bricocenter products. * Online training hub with over 400 courses on soft and technical skills. * Professional development plan with at least 30 hours of annual training. * Collective bonuses linked to company progress and customer satisfaction after the 6th month of employment. * For this position, an annual gross economic treatment of €23,300 is foreseen, referring to a full-time placement.
