Aon Reinsurance Italia SpA*, a reinsurance broker of the AON group, is looking for a Junior Treaty Broker to join its Treaties team in Rome. ### Profile In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in an agile, well-structured, and solid team, oriented towards sharing skills and objectives. After an initial learning phase of the necessary technical tools, you will be able to actively cooperate with both Italian colleagues (Analytics, Facultative, Direct) to get a complete overview of the local market, and in an international context, for global clients and focus groups. You will gain technical-economic knowledge and contract structuring skills, as well as relational skills in managing client and reinsurer relationships. The resource will support the team in the following areas: * Analysis of reinsurance contracts. * Preparation of renewal data (premiums, claims, risk profiles). * Development of ad-hoc analyses for the evaluation of new business, maximizing its value for the client. * Support for the analysis of client KPIs, different property & casualty business lines and, more generally, the market. * Organization of marketing activities. * Support in client management activities, visits, and market events. ### Requirements The ideal candidate must have the following requirements: * 1-2 years of experience in (re)insurance brokerage, with a company or a reinsurer. * Degree in economics, finance, or other scientific subjects. * Ability to critically analyze data, market opportunities, and client needs. * Teamwork attitude.
* Excellent communication skills and openness to acquire time management skills depending on different workloads during the year. * Propensity to work in an international context. * Fluent English, both spoken and written. * Excellent level of knowledge and use of the Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint. **A plus would be:** * Work experience abroad in the (re)insurance sector. * Availability for business trips. ### Contractual characteristics * Permanent contract with compensation to be evaluated based on previous experience. ### Aon Reinsurance Worldwide Aon Reinsurance is one of the largest reinsurance brokers in the world, providing clients with a complete range of services to define, structure, and increase risk transfer programs.
