From the atelier in Stockholm, we create women’s and men’s collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories, and jewelry. /ph3The Role /h3pTOTEME is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our new store in Milan. In this role, you will be responsible for building and leading the store team, driving commercial performance, and establishing an elevated client experience from opening onwards. /ppYou will oversee all aspects of the store, from sales and clienteling to team development, operations and visual merchandising, creating a culture of accountability, exceptional service and long-term client relationships. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDeliver excellent customer service with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships. /liliTake ownership of sales targets, KPIs and overall store performance. /liliRecruit, lead, coach and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and service standards. /liliPlan, delegate and follow up on the store’s daily operational tasks. /liliCreate and maintain staff schedules. /liliPlan budgets and expenses with a sustainable and cost-conscious mindset. /liliManage stock levels, logistics and sell-through. /liliImplement company procedures and reporting activities. /liliDevelop and implement store policies and strategies. /liliWork towards long-term Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business goals. /liliProvide product and client feedback to the Buying team. /liliLead the store’s Visual Merchandising and overall upkeep.



/liliDevelop efficient workflows. /liliPlan and manage in-store events. /liliParticipate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy. /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliAt least five years of experience in store management within luxury retail. /liliExperience leading and developing a team. /liliExperience working in an omnichannel environment. /liliExperience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. /liliExperience with back-office operations management. /liliExperience generating reports and guidelines. /liliFluent in English, both written and spoken. /li /ulh3About You /h3ulliA strong leader with an interest in people and their development. /liliSelf-motivated, solution-oriented and hands-on. /liliStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure. /liliBusiness and results-oriented with a strong commercial drive. /liliCustomer-focused with the ability to build lasting relationships. /liliA strong visual eye and attention to detail. /liliPassionate about TOTEME with an understanding of the brand and aesthetic. /liliAvailable to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. /li /ulpThis is a full-time position based at TOTEME’s new store in Milan starting as soon as possible. /ppTOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia. /ppTOTEME has an internal career development and title framework and the job title used in the recruitment ad may differ from the title used internally at TOTEME. /ppCandidates progress through application, screening, interviews or case assessments, followed by final pre-employment checks and a formal offer before joining our team.
