In this role, you will contribute to the development of new consumer experiences and innovation initiatives, helping to identify opportunities that respond to evolving consumer needs and support business growth. You will play an active role in expanding the Lavazza experience into new categories and moments of consumption, bringing our brands to life beyond the product itself.Support the design and development of consumer experiences across Lavazza-owned assets.Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of projects and initiatives.Support the management of licensing projects and relationships with external partners.Monitor market trends, consumer insights and emerging opportunities to identify areas for growth and innovation.Explore new digital experience platforms and contribute to the definition of business opportunities leveraging Lavazza brands and assets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new ideas and experiences to life.What you'll bringPrevious experience in Innovation, Marketing, Brand Management, Consumer Experience or related business functions.Experience in roles involving brand development, consumer engagement, partnerships,
