La retribuzione annua base prevista per questa posizione è compresa tra EUR 27.000 e EUR 32.000. CCNL applicato: Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi. Il posizionamento all’interno del range sarà definito in funzione dell’esperienza e delle competenze del/la candidato/a in relazione ai requisiti del ruolo. Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle & HR Administration
Contribute to the HR administration activities of the employee lifecycle, including hiring, contract amendments, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Prepare, maintain, and archive employee documentation in compliance with legal and company requirements.
Support payroll administration by managing attendance records, expense reports, employee requests, and preparing payroll inputs for the external payroll provider.
Liaise with payroll providers and labor consultants to ensure accurate and compliant HR administration.
Maintain accurate employee data within the HR Information System (HRIS).
Ensure compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and internal procedures.
Onboarding & HR Support
Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.
