Mandarin Oriental, Milan is seeking a Sous Chef to join our Kitchen team.

The role reports to the Executive Sous Chef and is based in Milan's city center, near La Scala, within the Kitchen Department.

You will maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, support menu planning, monitor stock, xysqume and ensure strict hygiene and safety compliance in a busy luxury hotel environment.
