We are looking for an individual to join the Global Central Function Research & Development team who will be responsible for: * Coordinating and guiding the Sensify Application System & Safety Engineers team, ensuring the alignment of activities with methodologies defined by the System & Safety Engineering Manager in the areas of system design, reliability, functional safety, and product cybersecurity. * Ensuring the coherence and consistency of Sensify application projects with respect to requirements and standards for system design, reliability, functional safety, and product cybersecurity. * Promoting the development,



dissemination, and preservation of technical know-how, supporting all stakeholders involved in application development globally in the assigned areas of expertise. * Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, methodologies, and tools related to system design, reliability, functional safety, and product cybersecurity. * Monitoring and ensuring the achievement of budget objectives for the Sensify Application System & Safety area, ensuring efficient use of available resources. ### Requirements: * Degree in Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electronics. * At least 5 years of experience in System & Safety Engineering roles. * Consolidated experience in the development of safety-relevant mechatronic products, from requirements definition to series production launch. * Excellent knowledge of the English language. ### The package includes: * Employment contract starting from level B2 of the Metalworkers' National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), based on seniority and skills. * Gross Annual Salary (RAL) starting from €34,209.89 (minimum foreseen by CCNL for level B2), based on seniority and skills. * Performance premio (average gross value upon achieving target): €6,000. * Company benefits system. ### Work location: Stezzano (BG) The company guarantees data processing in accordance with European Regulation no. 2016/679, referring to the privacy policy available by proceeding with this application.
