Uniflair Spa is looking for a Mechanical Engineer, to be hired with a full-time employment contract. The ideal candidate must have a three-year or master's degree in a related field, or alternatively a diploma as a mechanical expert. The resource will be inserted into an integrated project team (mechanical, electrical, software, and manualistic part) and will deal with the development of projects concerning mechanical components through the use of Solid Edge software. Projects may concern the development of new ranges (PMP), the sustaining of active ranges (PEP) or highly dedicated orders for specific customers (CSP). In the development of the project, they will start from the drafting of the refrigeration diagram, then moving on to the design of 3D/2D models with the use of design software such as Solid Edge, collaborating both with the electrical designer for the definition of aspects of common competence (positioning of the electrical panel, cable routing, etc.) and with the entire team. They will also proceed with the coding of articles and the creation/modification of machine BOMs, completing transversal activities on the portfolio products, including the creation of welding maps. In addition, the resource participates in the upstream phase of the study project, designs and develops new products and sub-assemblies, validates the design and complex solutions through the execution of tests and the creation of prototypes. The adopted solutions must be tested independently and, in their specific area of expertise, with responsibility. Some activities could include the coordination of junior mechanical profiles within a project team. ### Activities and responsibilities: * Reports to the Resource manager and aligns with defined design guidelines; * Follows the entire life cycle of a project, from the development phase (construction of the refrigeration circuit through the development of metal sheets, piping, etc.) up to production, specifically dealing with: * three-dimensional modeling (using Solid Edge software), * cad drafting. In this phase, they interact with suppliers for any constructive doubts; * Coding (PLM+AS400 system); * Constantly interfaces with the project Team Leader discussing technical problems, costs, product performance, and any critical issues that have arisen; * Provides practical assistance in the prototype construction phase, also providing technical instructions * Interfaces with the Industrialization Area for modifications following prototypes or production tracked through the JIRA or PEP system * Prepares the manufacturing specifications document (CIS), in collaboration with the Production Manager / Plant Engineering, and is responsible for its correct registration and updating. * Cooperates in the supervision of production activity, especially in the prototyping phase; * Interfaces with the technical antenna to verify anomalies and derogations on components, and with Purchasing, to verify the correctness and feasibility of the prices indicated by suppliers in the estimate; * During the activity,
