## Mission: Reporting to the Area End User Sales Manager, the Innovation Technology Advisor is the local point of contact for all unmanaged end customers and the reference point in the commercial area for issues related to the incentives deriving from the Transition 4.0 and 5.0 Plan, in support of all customers, with the aim of reaching new End Users. End customers (End Users) are all companies (mainly manufacturing) in Italy where issues related to sustainability, energy and process efficiency are key elements of the ongoing digital transformation. By accompanying End Users in identifying the best technological solution - which also allows them to take advantage of the incentives available from time to time, the Innovation Technology Advisor will be the bearer of innovation of the EcoStruxure platform by identifying and influencing existing investments. ## What will you do? With the aim of meeting new End User customers and prescribing EcoStruxure solutions with new approaches related to technological innovation, you will be responsible for the following activities: * **Local Market Intelligence:** Using the tools made available by the Strategic Marketing team, analyze the local market and the reference territory, segment it, identify potentially more attractive End Users not followed by Schneider Electric. * **Value proposition declination:** Definition of a targeted value proposition starting from specific market trends and understanding customer needs, combining the technological lever of the EcoStruxure platform (with the support of central Marketing) and making the best use of the 4.0 / 5.0 incentive plan and other available concessions. * **Physical and digital network creation:** Identify possible access channels, methods and/or amplifiers (e.g., trade associations) in the territory that can help achieve the upstream objective, also creating a digital network to extend the range of action. * **Meet new customers:** Using the network and customized value proposition, also studying innovative approaches and methods, meet and get to know the decision makers within the end customers, with the aim of identifying the potential of the customers and influencing their investments. * **Opportunity qualification:** Identify the actors present in the supply chain and the investment areas and, with the support of specialists within the organization, influence choices and prescribe a technological solution that meets customer needs.
